Thomas Johnson Obituary

Thomas William Johnson, 75, of Scio died early Monday morning on February 25, 2019 in the care of Bowerston Hills Healthcare. He was born in Alliance, Ohio to the late Johny and Anna (Moore) Johnson on January 1, 1944. Tom grew up around the Alliance area.

He worked as a truck driver for most of his life and owned his own rig, although he was a salesman at heart. Other than driving, he worked in car sales and also furniture sales.

Surviving are, longtime companion Marjorie Dalton of Scio, grandsons Josh (fiancé Elizabeth Griswold) Niner and Rob Niner, two great-grandsons Caleb and Silas Niner, four nieces, three nephews, and eight great nieces and nephews.

Tom was preceded in death by sister Shirley Minor, and daughter Christine Niner.

In following Tom’s wishes, he will be cremated and no services will be held.
