Theodore Edward Crites IV, seven day old son of Theodore Edward Crites III and Kimberly Lynn Nichols, died Sunday, July 22, 2018 in Trinity Twin City Hospital Emergency Room. He was born in Union Hospital, Dover, Ohio on Sunday, July 15, 2018.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his maternal grandparents: Gary and Janet Bennington Nichols of Gnadenhutten; paternal grandparents: Theodore Edward, Jr. and Susan Ayers Crites of West Lafayette; maternal great-grandparents: James & Shirley Bennington of Gnadenhutten and Gary and Grace Nichols of Uhrichsville; paternal great-grandparents: Ford and Sandy Ayers of Orrville and Ruth Crites of Bolivar; an aunt, Elizabeth Crites of Walterboro, South Carolina; and two uncles Dakota Crites of West Lafayette and Joshua Nichols of Gnadenhutten.

Theodore was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandpa, Theodore E. Crites, Sr.

Visitation will be held in the Full Gospel Pentecostal Church, Gnadenhutten from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 27, 2018 with a service beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Sandra Mann officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
