John E. Reiser III, age 48 of Marion, Ohio passed away Monday, March 3, 2025.

John was born on July 25, 1976, in Dover, Ohio to John and Barbara (Francis) Reiser.

He graduated from River Valley High School/Tri Rivers in 1994. John was formerly employed at Verizon and PPG in the paint department for several years.

John had an outgoing personality, didn't know a stranger and would help anyone that needed help. In his spare time, he enjoyed building computers and playing the guitar, which he was very good at. But what he loved the most was chatting and hanging out with family, friends and his dogs, Newman and Max.

Left to cherish his memory are his father, John Reiser of Marion, his son, John Reiser IV of Marion, his daughter, Bailee (Zeb) Lucas of Upper Sandusky, two grandchildren, Wesleigh and Carmen, his sister, Tamra Reiser of Marion, special friend, Aimee Hills, two nieces, Kyrsten and Kiara, two nephews, Christopher and Jacob two great nieces, Alyssa and Bella and two great nephews, Emerson and Knox

He will be dearly missed by those he leaves behind, but we can take comfort in knowing that he will be with his mother Barbara who preceded him in death and now can be with him once again and dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 4 – 7 pm at Snyder Funeral Home, Denzer Chapel, 360 E. Center St. Marion, Ohio. With visitation Friday, March 14, 2025 from 11am – 12pm with funeral service starting at 12pm with Scott Cline officiating at Koch Funeral Home, 244 N. Walnut St., Gnadenhutten, Ohio 44629. Burial will follow at St. James Lutheran Cemetery in Tuscarawas, Ohio.
